Lonsdale Veterans Memorial

This bronze eagle statue “Majesty” was purchased by Owatonna Granite and Monument for a Veterans Memorial for the City of Lonsdale, MN. It was dedicated on Friday, July 31st in honor of area veterans and military members. The massive memorial is made up of five slabs of black granite representing each branch of the U.S. Military with the bronze eagle statue in flight atop. Roughly 400 people attended the ceremony which was one of the proudest days in Lonsdale’s history.
